Farah Khan in the recent episodes of The Kapil Sharma Show revealed why these big stars, Raveena Tandon, Dev Anand and Amitabh Bachchan rejected being a part of the popular song from Om Shanti Om, Deewangi Deewangi.
She said that Raveena Tandon couldn’t come because she was heavily pregnant at that time, she also approached Dev Anand, but he rejected her saying, “I don’t do guest appearances.”
However, Big B didn’t give in for personal reasons, “Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan were getting married that month, that’s what he told us,” said Farah Khan
Farah Khan also added that she wanted Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu to be a part of the song, and SRK promised that he would personally get them on board, but however, things didn’t work out.
She poking fun at SRK’s unpunctuality, further said, “Woh pehli baar tha jab Shah Rukh subah time pe aata tha (That was the first time Shah Rukh would come on time in the morning) because he was the producer, actor and host,” as quoted by Hindustan Times.
