Oh, girl! Rebel Wilson has been rocking a substantial weight loss as part of her “year of health,” and we can’t help but be impressed. She began her dedication to healthy living towards the end of 2016 when she revealed she had shed over 33 pounds.

By 2022, the native of Australia was making jokes about her weight loss. In March, she launched the BAFTA film awards presentation in the United Kingdom by stating her slimmer frame will assist her in Hollywood.

“Everyone wants to know why I lost weight,” I say. “Clearly, it was to catch Robert Pattinson’s attention,” she told attendees at the British version of the Oscars. “I didn’t lose weight to attract a guy; I did it for myself.”

Rebel stated in May 2020 that it was her “goal” to lose “75 [kilogrammes],” or 165 pounds. “Keep going even if you have to crawl towards your objectives… it will be worth it.” “Try to put forth a little effort every day,” the Pitch Perfect star posted on Instagram. “I know some days are as irritating as hell, you want to give up, you become frustrated with the lack of progress, but wonderful things are on their way… Both of these things need daily effort, and there are many setbacks, but I’m working hard.”

She clearly enjoys her growth and has a newfound appreciation for her physique. “Rather of stepping on the scale, look in the mirror and say “dammmmm girrrrl… you’re clever, talented, successful, and wonderful just the way you are,” she said with a stunning photo in January 2021.
