Bollywood has quite a few touching fat-to-fit transformations. Sonakshi Sinha’s transformation is probably one of the most inspirational weight-loss transformations in Bollywood. She shed a good 30 kilos from her 90 kilos that she first weighed. The actress has even spoken about how she was bullied as an overweight teenager and it continued when she joined her career. But she regularly kept a confident attitude and even viewed herself in a positive light.

She realized that losing weight was just a part of being a star since maintaining an image is important so she put in a lot of hard work and determination and lost 30 kilos. She looked amazing in her debut movie, Dabangg!

Just like many other stars, Sonakshi does Pilates and trains with the celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit. Pilates is a low-impact, flexible workout and it has worked wonders for her along with many other stars as well. It improves your posture, increases your muscle strength, and also strengthens your core!

But that’s not all! She also does cardio and core workouts as well as weight training!

And while working out and exercise have definitely helped her get into shape, she also maintains a strict diet. Her diet is a simple and eating healthy plan. The actress says it’s good for the body as well as the mind. She eats a lot of home-cooked meals and eats at regular intervals.
