Shilpa recently addressed the issue of boredom with the same yoga exercise. The exercise fanatic shed some insight on the subject by offering some suggestions for breaking up the routine.

Shilpa released a video on her official Instagram account, in which she can be seen doing certain Yoga asanas and explaining what she means. Shilpa wrote a detailed text to accompany the video, in which she explains how to break the monotony.

She wrote: “Any routine begins to feel uninteresting when monotony sets in. So, if you ever feel demotivated by your daily routine, try trying something new instead of quitting the habit completely. This is precisely what motivates me to practice Yoga. I enjoy experimenting with new asana combinations that target the mind, body, and spirit.”

“Today, the flow of asanas included Gatyatmak Anjaneyasana and Baddha Trikonasana,” she added while explaining several asanas and their health advantages. “The quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings are all strengthened with this combo. It also helps stretch and strengthen the ankles, knees, thighs, and torso while opening up hip flexors, improving balance and flexibility. It also has the added advantage of improving digestion!” Shilpa underlined the importance of practicing yoga at the end of her message, saying, “Like I always say, yoga se hi hoga (it’s only possible via yoga).”

Yoga is undoubtedly one of the most important factors in Shilpa’s toned physique. This isn’t the first time the actress has used Instagram to urge her followers. Her Instagram page is full of videos in which she displays various yoga positions to the public.
