It is no news that Hrithik Roshan has a soft space for sweet savouries, he doesn’t like to completely chuck out all his favourite dishes from his diet plan just to get that highly fit body and cuts all across. So, to keep himself in shape, he has hired the popular gym trainer Kris Gethin and Marika Johansson as his nutrition expert. His diet plan is a mix of two, while the first two weeks he goes strict on his diet plans such as healthy carbs like Pasta, Rice, sprouts and 100gm of meat. The next two weeks he completely gets indulged in his favourite pancakes, meatballs and others. Like that, he doesn’t get to eat a monotonous kind of meals and also doesn’t lose interest for he has got the taste he wants.

He performs 20-25 minutes of cardio after his breakfast also repeats the same in the evening. His workout also adds cross and weight training.
