1) Samantha Ruth Prabhu in U Turin (2018):
The movie follows mystery circumstances where two people end up dead on a particular flyover after breaking a traffic signal. A police officer and journalist trying to get to the bottom of the mystery. She carried the entire movie with her role and she did a great job at delivering.
2) Manju Warrier in How Old Are You (2014):
She played the role of a woman, Nirupama, a wife, and a mother. The movie follows the character as she puts aside her aspirations and dreams for the sake of her family. She brought the relatable character to life with her acting skills.
3) Anushka Shetty:
This brilliant actress is best known for her role in the Baahubali movies. The actress put in a lot of training and skills into delivering her character to perfection. After grueling sword fighting training and tiring shoots, the movies turned out to be huge successes.
4) Keerthy Suresh in Mahananti (2018):
The news of a movie based on the legendary mega-hit actress, Savitri received quite a warm welcome. While the movie was welcome when it was announced Keerthy Suresh would play the role, many were quick to criticize. But the actress proved everyone wrong. The actress played the role brilliantly.
5) Nayanthara in Araam (2017):
The actress did a wonderful job with this movie. The plot follows a district collector who looks over a water shortage problem in a village, especially after she realizes that the locals there were suffering quite a bit.
