There may be a variety of reasons why you decide to spend New Year’s Eve inside your house. That does not, however, preclude you from going on an entertaining binge. The Guilty.

The Guilty, which was directed by Antoine Fuqua, stars Christina Vidal, Peter Sarsgaard, Riley Keough, and Jake Gyllenhaal. To deal with anxious callers and resolve their disputes, a police officer who had been demoted was placed in charge of the 911 desk. When a kidnapped woman calls him in an emergency, though, things take an unexpected turn.

Extraction

Extraction is a brutally violent action film directed by Sam Hargrave that centers on a disillusioned mercenary who is assigned to accompany a little child who has been abducted out of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He becomes very attached to the child and steps into his protective position as a result. The action in this film is out of control, and Chris Hemsworth offers a strong performance as the lead while Hargrave plays with the camera in some really interesting ways.

“Train to Busan”

Horror movies frequently feature zombies, and “Train to Busan” is undoubtedly one of them. The Korean film, though, also features action scenes. The characters in the film aren’t merely cooped up in their homes. It’s unusual to see a Korean zombie movie because the characters are fleeing from a horde of zombies. Red Notice

What more could one perhaps want from the cast of an action movie than Gal Gadot, Ryan Reynolds, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson? In the film Red Notice, which stars the three, the FBI profiler who is hunting an art thief subsequently joins forces with him to apprehend a criminal who somehow manages to stay one step ahead of them.
