In HBO’s Euphoria, Sydney Sweeney plays Cassie, a girl who is always looking for love. Though she may be confused when it comes to dating, the girl understands how to put together an ensemble that reflects her mood at any given time.
Cassie’s style has changed dramatically in season 2, yet she maintains her soft glam look for the majority of the show. Having said that, she has worn a slew of amazing costumes that demonstrate her status as a style legend. Outside of the program, Cassie appears to be just as trendy as Sweeney.
1. Baby Pink Swimsuit
Cassie is wearing this swimsuit while having an affair with Nate, and the charming aesthetic goes nicely with how she’s changing for him. That said, the design of this high-rise bikini with a bow is a little outdated. In some ways, it’s reminiscent of Nate’s fantasies of a life with Cassie.
Overall, this suit is lovely, but her rose-tinted spectacles lend a humorous touch to the ensemble. It demonstrates her inability to see clearly in terms of her connection with Nate and her major bond with Maddy. She isn’t noticing any red flags, which goes well with her nice and innocent-looking attire.
2. The Carnival Outfit
Cassie’s carnival attire is understated but stylish. Her royal blue skirt and light blue top with chains emphasize her aggressiveness while also providing gentler features that complement her youthful makeup and innocent looks.
While Cassie’s western outfit is not typical of her, it demonstrates that she has no idea what Nate sees in her or what he wants in a female. With this classic costume, she tries to feminize her look more, but the contrasting patterns overwhelm her.
3. The Cowgirl Costume
This dress is iconic because it embodies Cassie’s vision of herself when she is feeling strong. In a lacy blue bra and cow-print skirt, she looks sultry, but what makes this costume so legendary for her is that she wore it more for herself than for anyone else.
Of course, Cassie was dating McKay at the time, but the outfit’s boldness is something Cassie has lost in season 2. In this ensemble, her makeup and confident walk down the stairs is show-stopping, and it’s one of her most unique looks. It’s also worth noting that this is one of her most cosplayed outfits.
4. Cassie’s style in Lexi’s mind
Cassie wears this outfit in one of her cutest appearances, although it’s bad it’s just in one picture. This outfit, along with a few others, is shown here to demonstrate how Lexi, the main character, sees her sister and her attempts to court boys through her provocative, yet sweet-looking style.
This dress not only features gorgeous bows that compliment her waist, but it also has cutouts that give it an edgier vibe, keeping it in line with Cassie’s previous fashion choices. Overall, it’s evident that this ensemble deserved to be seen more.
5. The new year party dress
Sydney Sweeney wears a jean jacket over this dress in an earlier scene, which is consistent with her season 1 fashion choices, even if she isn’t wearing it in this photo. Her look is fleeting and feminine, but with a more casual edge.
This spaghetti strap dress, like her kitten shoes, screams the ’90s and early 2000s fashion, which fits very beautifully with her evolving style. Cassie’s makeup, which includes little crystals, complements her clothing and produces an angelic atmosphere, elevating her excellent fashion sense in Euphoria.
6. Pink Party Dress
Cassie’s airy essence is highlighted by her pink dress, which she wore to Maddy’s birthday party. This flowing dress with ruffles emphasizes her childlike innocence when it comes to love and her ignorance in her relationship with Nate.
Unlike in season 1, this dress is devoid of harsh components, emphasizing Cassie’s gentle feminine qualities. Even while this outfit is gorgeous, it isn’t her best because she is wearing it to impress Nate rather than herself.
