When Ajay Devgn’s ‘Singham’ released in 2011, it brought about a revolution with respect to cop characters. In 2010, when Salman Khan brought Chulbul Pandey in ‘Dabangg’, people got over the portrayal of the latecomer and lazy cop in Bollywood and instead welcomed the macho image of the Indian cop.
