Jhumma Mitra who was last seen in the Sony SAB show Tera Kya Hoga Alia has been out of sight, but definitely not out of mind.
She was recently seen in Guilty Minds on Amazon Prime, a small yet powerful role which has been appreciated by one and all. Also seen in the latest Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn starrer Runway 34 as Anjali, Jhumma has given us a clear signal of looking at movies in the near future.
We also hear that Jhumma has a few more movies up her sleeve.
We got in touch with Jhumma and she had this to say, “As an actor, the genre or the medium should not matter. But yes, you can say that I have started to take a few baby steps in films. I am sure to make a mark here like TV.”
“Having said that I am not saying no to TV offers, just waiting for the right character to catch my attention. I have three more films with reputed Producers and talented Directors that I have shot for already. Also, my role in Guilty Minds has been appreciated beyond my expectations and some online influencers have written beautifully about that scene. I am also hoping to do a good TV show soon.”
