Well, this time, after the box office disaster of Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Ranveer is now all set to be seen in Netflix’s ‘one of a kind’ new show titled ‘Ranveer Vs Wild With Bear Grylls.
During the special trailer launch event, when the anchor asked Ranveer about what made him opt for this despite being a mainstream movie actor, he was quoted as saying,
“Well, the reason is very simple for me. I was getting comfortable as an actor and I wanted to push my limits. After all these years of work, you get to chill in an AC room, AC car and everything around your is full of luxury. That gives you a nice comfort zone and it generally becomes difficult to come out of that. I always like to do the unthinkable and when Netflix team told me that it’s about exploring the jungles with Bear Grylls, I was immediately up for it. For me, he’s the ‘king of jungles’. I knew with him around, nothing can go wrong. So, it was an easy choice.”
