Baaghi 2 was released on March 30, 2018, in theatres worldwide, and it was produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Ahmed Khan. It made about 258 crores of rupees worldwide.
Disha Patani had a cameo in the Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-starring movie Bharat in June 2019. Patani made an extended cameo appearance as one of his leading women. Commercial success followed the movie.
