Meanwhile, Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor made a tidy sum by selling her previous residence.
Sonam Kapoor:Sonam Kapoor purchased a duplex in Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai in 2015. This actress paid Rs 31.48 crore for this mansion. Sonam sold this home for Rs 32.5 crore last week.
Jahnavi Kapoor: In July 2022, it was announced that Janhvi Kapoor sold her Juhu condo to Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa for a hefty Rs 43.87 crore. Janhvi paid Rs 39 crore for the luxurious triplex apartment in Juhu in 2020. The property had three flats on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of the Arya building in the Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme. According to records obtained by SquareFeatIndia, this purchase was consummated in March 2022, with the registration taking place on July 21, 2022. Rajkummar and Patralekhaa paid Rs. 2.19 crore in stamp duty.
