Jason Momoa recently sat down with Men’s Health Magzine where he revealed his workout secret. Jason tried doing yoga with his wife Lisa Bonnet, According to him, Yoga is the hardest thing he has ever done in his life and would prefer squatting a car than doing yoga. ”So I tried yoga the other day, and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. I’d rather squat a car. Climbing El Capitan would be easier than doing two hours of yoga. I can’t bend over anymore! My hamstrings are so tight. It’s pathetic”. These were the actual words of Jason when asked about his experience with yoga. Who would have believed that something like yoga would be a challenge for a hulk-like Jason. But this isn’t the first time Jason has tried Yoga while sharing his experience from 2011 when he first tried yoga class he says that the other older women in his class were doing much better than him.
