As often as seen and observed, friendship and love don’t usually last in Hollywood, but the friendship between Kate Winslet and Leonardo Dicaprio is quite contrary to this. The two stars have been in close relation for over 20 years and their friendship has gotten nothing but even stronger with time.
Leo and Kate first met on the sets of their movie Titanic in the year 1996 in which they both were seen doing romance on screen. There were several rumors about their relationship but none of those were found to be true, Leo and Kate just shared a close friendship and the actors themselves confirmed it by saying that they never had a romantic relationship.
After Titanic, Leo and Kate were cast together in 2008 for the film Revolutionary Road.
In 2012, Kate Winslet got married to Ned Rocknroll and Leonardo walked her down the aisle. Leo has always been there for his friend, even when Kate’s mother passed away, Kate mentioned that Leo helped her pass through the saddening time.
The two actors share a very healthy relationship and their friendship is growing stronger year after year. Leo has said that he always loved working with Kate because they were like a single mechanism that functions perfectly when together and we totally agree with this statement of Leo has whenever the two talented actors have worked together we’ve received a blockbuster with amazing chemistry and screenplay.
