Whether portraying a romantic hero, a godlike figure, a buffoon, or a psychotic psychopath, Khan always manages to steal the stage and your heart. These movies offer a thorough but unfinished introduction to his body of work.

1. In the film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Raj Malhotra (1995)

If you’re only going to watch one SRK movie, make it this one. One of the most cherished Indian films ever made, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge launched Khan to superstardom and signaled the start of his transition from evil to romantic parts.

2. Aman Mathur in Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003)

In his movies, Khan frequently portrays people who have a mystical capacity to make things better for everyone around them as his renown developed. Khan may exhibit all of his defining characteristics in Kal Ho Naa Ho. He has an excessive amount of good humor, is wealthy, and fits in well in America.

3. Amarkant Varma in Dil Se.. (1998)

The fact that Khan really, truly wants to be with a woman is another crucial component of his image. (More to follow on that.) A good illustration of it is the movie Dil Se, in which he portrays Amarkant, a radio journalist in a major city who is desperately in love with Meghna (Manisha Koraila), an Assamese separatist who does not return his sentiments.

4. Rahul Mehra in Darr (1993)

Khan was already establishing himself as a reputable actor playing insane villains before DDLJ. Khan makes his performance in Dil Se.. appear quite ordinary in Darr (also known as Darr: A Violent Love Story). Rahul is in a serious relationship with Kiran (Juhi Chawla), not in a cute way.

5. Rizwan “Rizzu” Khan in My Name Is Khan (2010)

In this heartbreaking film, Rizwan Khan, an Asperger’s patient living abroad in San Francisco, is played by Khan in one of the riskiest performances of his career. He still exudes SRK ‘s charisma and charms Mandira (Kajol) and her kid Sameer despite his social problems (Arjun Aujla).
