On her Instagram, Shilpa shared a video of herself performing yoga on Monday, February 9.

In the video, Shilpa is seen soaking in the early morning sun, taking Vitamin D, enjoying fresh air in the garden, and practicing yoga. Her moves stretch all her body parts, proving what makes her look so stunning all the time, and her flexibility. Her post comes out as a true inspiration for all to indulge in yoga and exercise to keep one healthy and fit, no matter what stage of life you are in right now.

In addition, her post is captioned with motivational words saying, “Moving into stillness.” While the caption also briefly mentioned the benefits of Vyaghrasana that she did in the clip. The note reads, “Benefits of this variation of Vyaghrasana:
