Partner is probably one of the most hilarious films, where we could see the most incomparable Jugalbandi between Salman Khan and Govinda and the chemistry between the actors got immense praise from the country. However, speaking of that, a throwback video of the two actors is on trending again, where the two actors are caught in a casual friendly conversation.
In the video, Salman Khan goes candid about his experiences working with Govinda in the film, Partner. He said, “Partner happened out of our love for each other. Earlier I felt scared to work with Govinda. Think of it, how much comedy can a person do in a film? So, for the first 17 years of my life, I was very scared to share screen space with Govinda.”
Khan also added that he couldn’t really match up to Govinda’s screen presence, while shooting for the film, saying, “If two actors of the same level are working together, there’s a lot of healthy competition between them. But (here) the difference is this much (Salman-Govinda) in terms of performance, dancing and comedy level, and this whole film is about dancing and comedy.”
