Born in Ambala, Parineeti never planned to become an actress. She was a studious student and pursued triple honors in Business, Finance, and Economics from Manchester Business School. However, her career took a different turn when she joined Yash Raj Films as a public relations consultant.
In 2011, Parineeti bagged her first role in the film Ladies vs Ricky Bahl by Yash Raj Films. However, in this film, the actress appeared in a side role. Impressed by the actress’s confidence, charm, and on-screen presence, she bagged her first role as a lead heroine in Ishaqzaade alongside Arjun Kapoor. And this was a superhit at the box office, which further cemented her image in the industry.
