During the case’s final arguments, Pete Davidson made it clear where he stands on Blac Chyna’s lawsuit against the Kardashian family, remaining loyal to Kim Kardashian’s side.
Kim and her sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner were also present in the courthouse, according to many media sites. On the same day, their mother, Kris Jenner, appeared in court.
Pete sat near the rear of the courtroom, according to Rolling Stone, while Kim sat in the front row with Khloe. Later, as they departed the courthouse together, Pete was spotted hugging and kissing Kim.
Pete has been silent about the ongoing litigation thus far. The Saturday Night Live star’s actions, however, show that he is committed to his partner and her family.
Chyna filed the complaint in 2016 after the termination of her program Rob & Chyna, which followed her breakup with Rob Kardashian. In this case, the model says that Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie defamed her and interfered with her contract at E! in order to get the program canceled. She’s suing for hundreds of millions of dollars in damages.
Michael Rhodes, the lawyer representing the Kardashian-Jenner family, said that Blac Chyna is to blame for the show’s cancellation during his final remarks.
“It was never her show,” he explained. “This is the case’s key issue,” he stated. “She believes that this program is about her. It wasn’t her program, after all. It was a relationship-themed program. It was about them both.” He went on to say that the show’s collapse began when Rob and Chyna’s relationship became too unstable to continue.
