No wonders why Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma fans are going gaga about their recent announcement of them expecting a child. They are indeed among one of the ‘It’ couples of India.

Virat Kohli a well known Cricketer for the Indian Cricket Team, while Anushka Sharma one of the best Bollywood actresses. Their love life, marriage, and now child, have always been an interest for their fans.

So let’s know how they met each other and their sweet love story. Virat doesn’t open up much about their marriage and romance. But once during an interview with American television sports reporter Graham Bensinger, Virat revealed how he was the nervous one when they first met.

Further, he made a detailed statement on how he felt during their first meet. Virat stated, “The first time I met her I cracked a joke immediately. I was very nervous and that’s why I cracked a joke because I didn’t know what to do. I was standing on sets and was being all nervous and jittery. I thought I was being funny (when I cracked that joke), and I said something which wasn’t probably the right thing to say. She is tall and she was wearing heels (makes a gesture which isn’t too much) and she was being told that I am not that tall, I am not 6 feet plus or something… she walked in with heels and was looking taller than me and I was like didn’t you get a higher pair of heels. Then she was like ‘excuse me’ and then I was like ‘no, I am just joking’. My joke became such a weird moment for myself. I was such a fool, to be honest. She was so confident, she is on sets regularly.”

They first met in 2013 for a commercial advertising shoot for a shampoo brand. The couple then shared many of their moments together. Later in December 2017, the couple got secretly married in a countryside resort in Tuscany in a private Ceremony.

And since then they are one of the most admired couples of India and recently they shared the news of Anushka being pregnant with their first child. They shared a picture and captioned it, “And then, we were three! Arriving Jan 2021❤??.”
