RRR received nominations for Best Non-English Language Film and Best Original Song at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards for Naatu Naatu, a song that has gone viral worldwide. Although it already holds the title of Best Original Song, the Best Non-English Language Film winner is yet to be revealed.
The SS Rajamouli’s film RRR, one of 301 movies up for nomination, has submitted itself for consideration in numerous Oscar categories. The 24th of January will see the release of the Oscar nominations. Additionally, it is included in the Best Best Non-English Language Film category of the BAFTA (British Academy Film Awards) longlist.
