Priyanka Chopra reposted the recipe on her Instagram stories after it had first been posted on the restaurant’s Instagram page. Ingredients:
4-6 cups spring greens

rinsed and chopped1 cup asparagus tips

chopped1 cup fresh English peas1 watermelon Radish

halved and thinly sliced 1/2 avocado

sliced 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbles

Ingredients For the dressing:

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh mint, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Method:

1) In a sizable serving bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.

2) Combine the salad dressing ingredients in a mixer.

3)Drop the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

4) If preferred, top with grilled chicken or more avocado.
