Well, Bollywood’s current hottie and muscle man, Sooraj Pancholi’s physique is something to admire! It’s not just about the body he has worked hard on though but also the effort he’s put into it, is something to be admired!

At the young age of 9 Pancholi started learning martial arts. And at the age of 14 he knew that he wanted to have a physique like Slivester Stallone after being smitten by the collection of Silvesters action movies. He decided at that young age that not only did he want to be built like that but also that he wanted to learn martial arts and have the skills to match the body! And that’s how his journey began!

This Hero works out wice to thrice a day, beginning the day with some cardio in the morning, and ending the day with some weight training in the evening. The third time in the day when he has to train is for his martial arts training. This rigours routine has been keeping him in top shape and red for his action sequenced movies.

But excercise alone doesn’t help building the perfect bod. The actor believes that ‘abs aren’t just made in the gym but also in the kitchen’. Eating right is just as important as training! His diet consists of the right balance of carbohydrates, protiens and vitamins tailored to his needs.

He has been following he routine for quite a while now. He hasn’t just trained his body but also his mind. He know exactly what he wants and strive hard to get there!
