Chunky Panday and Sanjay Kapoor have each flown to Qatar with their separate families to attend the FIFA World Cup. On Tuesday, they viewed Argentina vs. Croatia’s semi-final game in Doha. While Sanjay is joined by his son Jahaan Kapoor and daughter Shanaya Kapoor, Chunky is accompanied by his actor daughter Ananya Panday.
Sanjay Kapoor shared several images of them traveling in Qatar before the game. He described their ability to view the World Cup semi-finals as a “dream come true.” In one image, Jahaan was seated next to Sanjay as he rode in a bus, and Shanaya and Ananya were shown sharing a seat.

Sanjay posted a photo of himself at the stadium posing in a t-shirt with Chunky Panday, Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, and Jahaan Kapoor. In the second photo, Shanaya is leaning on Jahaan Kapoor’s shoulder while Jahaan is facing the opposite direction and has “KAPOOR” on his t-shirt.
Sanjay afterward expressed his delight at seeing Lionel Messi play. The caption on a video he posted of himself celebrating his achievement read, “Never dreamed that I would be there in the stadium and see Messi scoring a goal in a World Cup semi-final, what an unbelievable moment to watch this with 85k Argentinians supporters all yelling Messi Messi #fifaworldcup2022 #doha.”
Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, and Sanjay Kapoor’s work appearance
Ananya has completed filming for Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, her upcoming project. Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav are also featured in the movie. Together with Ayushmann Khurrana, she is presently working on Dream Girl 2.
With Karan Johar’s Bedhadak, Shanaya Kapoor is slated to make her Bollywood debut. Laksh Lalwani and Gurfateh Pirzada are also featured in the movie. However, there has yet to be any recent news regarding its release.
The second innings of Sanjay Kapoor’s career is going well. This year, he appeared in Madhuri Dixit’s first online series, The Fame Game, opposite her. After that, he appeared in season 2 of The Gone Game, another web series.
