Aalia Furniturewalla or as she’s widely known, Alaya F is an Indian actress in Hindi cinema. She made her debut in 2020 with her movie Jawaani Jaaneman. She starred with some Bollywood biggies and got quite a lot of recognition from her fans for the role!
She comes from a family of professionals from the same industry. Her parents, Kiran Bedi and Farhan Furniturewalla, along with her some of her other relatives are veterans from the film industry or are tied to the fashion world.
Even though she has many strong connections in the industry, it hasn’t been smooth sailing for the actress. She had her fair share of troubles. She faced quite a few refusals before she got her chance to debut. But she never stopped trying to get in Bollywood through her own merit.
She was raised to fame through her other project as well. She participated in a beauty contest with her mother which came on the reality TV show, Maa Exchange. She was featured in a magazine with her mother in 2016 which she said was an honor!
To hone her acting skills, she completed an acting course at the New York Film Academy. This multi-talented actress has excelled in fields other than acting as well. Her modeling career is going really well for her. She has worked on her dancing skills and is a well-trained contemporary and Kathak dancer. She also won a Balakratna National Art Award for excellence in art.
