Akshay Kumar, one of the top-most Bollywood stars in the country, was once actually rejected meeting, by Rajesh Khanna, while he was kept waiting in the queue at the auditions for Jai Jai Shivshankar.
Rajesh Khanna, Twinkle Khanna’s father already signed Dimple Kapadia and Jeetendra Kumar for the film, and hearing that they need a new face to tag, Akshay Kumar rushed to the sets to give auditions.
However, he waited in line for 3 to 4 hours, but Rajesh Khanna couldn’t meet him, because he was busy at that time.
