Raashii Khanna, a South actress who made her Bollywood debut in the 2013 film Madras Cafe, makes amazing design statements every time she comes out. The diva has consistently given us fashion inspiration by uploading lovely photographs of herself in stylish clothes on Instagram.

There’s a narrow line between traditional ethnic dress and those with a contemporary twist. Raashii Khanna appears to be walking a tightrope. The actress recently turned to Instagram to post photographs of herself dressed in a gorgeous ethnic ensemble. Raashii is dressed in a lehenga that consists of a black flowing skirt with crimson-toned embroidery. A bralette-style lehenga blouse decorated with cowrie shells goes with it. A cloak draped over her shoulders completes the outfit with the same pattern of crimson embroidery over a black foundation.

Raashii opted for big silver ethnic jewelry with hanging earrings and a stack of bangles on a single wrist. She wore her hair in curls and allowed her defined eye makeup and bronzed skin to contribute to the desi charm of the look.

Raashii picked an attractive white sleeveless embroidered crop top with high waist white palazzo trousers for a prior turn in ethnic clothing. Raashi’s ethnic layer came from a sleeveless white transparent cloak worn over her attire, which had huge flower embroidery. She wore her hair in a short ponytail with silver earrings, highlighting her lovely skin.

And while we’re talking about the ethnic dress, Raashii in a saree has to be mentioned. She donned a dazzling transparent gown with spiral designs and plenty of sparkles. We couldn’t take our gaze away from her when she wore it with a sleeveless black shirt.

Raashi Khanna wore an ethnic costume by Shyamal & Bhumika. Her ensemble comprised a full-sleeved Chinese-collar plunging neckline shirt with a high-waist long skirt. Her flared skirt was complemented by multi-colored flower designs. Her appearance was boosted with subtle contouring, which included filled brows, black eyeliner, accentuated cheekbones, and a pink lip tint. Raashi tucked her poofy locks into a low ponytail.
