Scarlett Johansson has never been afraid to flaunt her tattoos. She has nine tattoos in total, ranging from barely-there micro ink to a massive piece on her back that made news when she first showed it off. From a little A to the tattoo that connects practically all of the Avengers, here’s a full inventory of Johansson’s collection. Sadly for those engaged in learning more about each of her tattoos, Johansson has remained silent on the meanings of the majority of them. A few are simple to decipher, particularly if her Avengers co-stars talk about it.
Here are some of her tattoos and piercings with their meaning: –
Circles with ‘A’ – This tattoo, on the inside of Johansson’s right ankle, is one of her more discreet ones, and it doesn’t draw as much notice as some of her others. However, Johansson hasn’t said what the ‘A’ could mean.
Floral Design – Scarlett has a stunning floral design tattoo on her upper back, and it is one of her most stunning tattoos. Her daughter’s name is Rose Dorothy Dauriac, and she hasn’t revealed the meaning of this one either.
Avengers Logo – She has a tattoo on the inside of her arm that almost all the Avengers share. Scarlett suggested that the original 6 Avengers get that tattoo and Mark Ruffalo is the only one without it.
Sunrise – It makes her feel calm and happy when she looks at it. The sunrise on Johansson’s left forearm is a beautiful, bright artwork that she’s talked about, unlike her previous tattoos.
Ear piercing – Scarlett Johansson had eight piercings in her ear lobe, including two helix cartilage piercings, one tragus, three stud upper lobe piercings, one frontal cartilage, and one earring when she appeared at the Le Grand Re in Pairs.
