The film features Ajith Kumar as primary lead, with Vivek Oberoi, Kajal Agrawal and Akshara Haasan playing supporting roles. This film was released on 24th August 2017. Ajit Kumar played the role of Ajay Kumar, a former counter-terrorist agent, also known as AK. This movie was dubbed in Telugu, with the title Viveka, and it was also released in Kannada as Commando in 2018.
