There’s absolutely no doubt about the fact that both Ayushmann Khurrana and Vicky Kaushal are prolific actors who have made their presence felt last year. While Ayushmann tasted the flavour of success with movies like ‘Andhadhun’ and ‘Badhaai Ho’, Vicky earned his bit of stardom with movies like ‘Sanju’ and ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’. But little did both actors know that they would be winning a National Award each at such an early stage in their life. While Ayushmann earned it for his role in ‘Andhadhun’, Vicky earned the same for ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’. So what could have possibly been the conversation between both after the results? Ayushmann Khurrana reveals and was quoted as saying –

“He is my Punjabi brother. I can say for him that he is my friend in the industry. I love him and he is the first person to have called me. I was shooting and within a span of 5 mins, I received 40 calls so that was like surreal. It sinked in slowly. I couldn’t get the time to actually celebrate because I had to get ready for a shot. But it was brilliant.’

On the work front, Ayushmann next has ‘Dream Girl’, which is set to rock the cinemas on September, 13th. The trailer has been fantastic and the wait is tremendous, regarding the film. For more such interesting updates, stay tuned to IWMBuzz.com
