Zendaya, a singer and actress who is 25 years old, has been in well-known films and television programmes like Spider-Man, The Greatest Showman, and Euphoria. Despite her busy schedule and the numerous projects she is working on, she still tries to maintain her fitness. She does, however, occasionally find it difficult to maintain a healthy diet. Let’s take a look at the list of Zendaya’s daily meals.

What Zendaya Consumes Each Day

When Zendaya was 11 years old, she went vegetarian after seeing a slaughterhouse while traveling with her father. She says to PEOPLE, “All those creatures being packed in there in preparation of being put to death, in my opinion, was terrible. That’s how I’d been getting my meat, and I couldn’t believe it!”

She has continued to eat exclusively plants ever since. However, Zendaya is a vegetarian who doesn’t particularly enjoy vegetables, so she has to be inventive with her meals. “I’m a vegetarian who doesn’t enjoy vegetables too much—makes it tough,” she confesses to Cosmopolitan.

Despite not being a huge fan of vegetables, she is able to get some through her unique rice salads. She combines quick brown rice, vegetable broth, olive oil, sautéed vegetables (onion, zucchini, mushrooms, and carrots), lemon juice, salt, and pepper in this simple lunch meal.

According to Zendaya, who speaks to Harper’s Bazaar, she doesn’t actually cook and frequently orders takeout and deliveries. She explains, “I just a) don’t enjoy following directions, and b) I’m too lazy.” “I order food through Postmates. The attraction of ordering food is that I can have whatever I want. I’ll go straight to the ice cream if I’m eating my favorite dish. In reality, my helper and I have a lot of disagreements. I shouldn’t do that,” she said.

She also enjoys sweets other than ice cream. Zendaya tells Harper’s Bazaar that despite her claim that she is not a huge breakfast eater, “I will eat breakfast stuff, but it must have some Nutella on it: pancakes, berries, and Nutella.” She could adore this nutritious Chocolate Banana Oatmeal prepared with hazelnut spread.

Zendaya acknowledges that occasionally her workload is so intense at work that she has to put her diet on hold. She admits to Harper’s Bazaar that she sometimes forgets to eat since she works so much. “I do, however, eat throughout the day, particularly if I’m on set where there is craft service. My go-to meal is a cup of noodles with hot sauce.”

To Harper’s Bazaar, she says: “Coffee doesn’t do anything for me, therefore I don’t drink it. I don’t consume soda or energy drinks either. I also despise water. I enjoy drinking juice, but not premium juice. Not fancy, more like Tropicana or lemonade.”
