On Wednesday, actress Kajal Aggarwal, who is expecting her first child with husband Gautam Kitchlu, took to Instagram to publish a lengthy statement about pregnant women being body-shamed. In her note, she sent a stern message to ’self-absorbed moron.’

“She is been coping with the most incredible new developments in my life, my body, my house, and most significantly, my employment,” Kajal wrote. Furthermore, certain comments/messages/memes that are body shaming do not assist. Let us learn to be compassionate, and if that proves too difficult, perhaps we should just live and let live.”

Samantha Ruth Prabhu responded to Kajal’s post by cheering for her in the comments section. “You are and will always be lovely,” she added, adding a heart emoji to her message.

“Our bodies go through various changes throughout pregnancy, including weight increase!” As the baby grows and our bodies prepare for breastfeeding, hormonal changes lead our stomach and breasts to expand. Stretch marks may appear as our bodies become larger. Acne can appear on our skin at any time. We may also feel more exhausted than normal and experience mood changes more frequently. “We may be more inclined to have unhealthy or negative ideas about our bodies if we are in a bad mood,” Kajal noted in her article.

“We may take a time to go back to the way we were before, or we may never totally return to the way we appeared before pregnancy,” she said in another passage from her piece. And that’s OK.”

Kajal also provided some advice on how she copes with unclear emotions. She also emphasized the significance of getting mental health care if necessary.

Kajal’s husband Gautam revealed her pregnancy last month by posting a photo of her with a pregnant lady emoji in the text. On October 30, 2020, the pair married in a small ceremony. Kajal Aggarwal’s Telugu flick Acharya is set to be released soon.
