Staying inside for all of these months has unquestionably been beneficial to our hair. These past two years have helped most of us appreciate our natural hair texture, from not reaching for heat styling products as often (read: never) to minimizing hair damage caused by sun exposure.

And it appears that superstars are no different than the rest of us. Celebs were embracing their natural hair in a big way back then in lockdown as shootings were halted and they didn’t have to spend numerous hours getting their hair done.

1. Kareena Kapoor

Kareena is generally seen without makeup and her hair in a bun when she is not in front of the camera. As a result, the lockdown had turned into one long summer of lying in the sun in breezy kaftans and letting her tresses breathe.

2. Malaika Arora

Malaika is known for her well-coiffed hair. However, during the lockdown, the actress admitted that her beloved friend Kareena Kapoor had finally persuaded her to abandon her customary blow-dried wavy locks and let her beautiful and healthy natural hair show through. Malaika also frequently shares selfies with adorable hair accessories. This is a great way to brighten up your natural hair.

3. Taapsee Pannu

Taapsee’s curls are enough to turn anybody green with envy, but the actress admits that they can have their own minds. They can also become brittle and lackluster after weeks of blow drying and styling. Taapsee used the no-shoot days to rejuvenate and nurture her curls by just cleaning them at night and waking up with them.

4. Yami Gautam

It may be difficult to create a fringed lob to look half-decent without employing heat styling equipment if you have one. Yami Gautam, on the other hand, appears to have a good handle on her hair. Her side-swept bangs and air-dried hair appear so easy.

5. Karisma Kapoor

Every girl’s goal is to have Karisma Kapoor’s thick and lengthy mane. While the actress generally blow-dries her hair, she went for a more natural look for this event. Those massive, near-perfect natural waves are self-evident.
