Yash is today the huge iconic star, courtesy his larger-than-life role in the super-hit Kannada film KGF.
However, it comes as a very interesting fact that the struggle that he portrayed in his onscreen character of Rocky Bhai in the film is exactly what he faced in his real-life too. If we say that Rocky emerged from rags to riches in the film, the same holds good for Yash too!!
Born to a bus driver in Bhuvanahalli, in Hassan district, Yash had his roots in acting when he was driven to perform at the age of three. After featuring in a theatre group, his first call as an actor came in the ETV Kannada show Nanda Gokula. It was here on this set that he met his life-long partner Radhika Pandit. And the rest is history as we know. The two of them love each other a lot and enjoy a great marital status.
As for acting, even though Yash debuted in the year 2007 with the film Jambada Hudugi, he bagged all the limelight in his supporting actor role in the film Moggina Manasu. He actually won the Best Supporting Actor Filmfare Award.
Later the film Kirataka was good enough and gave him a warm response. Films Googly, Raja Huli, Mr and Mrs Ramachari with Radhika Pandit were welcoming of course.
His onscreen chemistry with Radhika was huge and the two of them clicked immensely as a couple on screen.
The couple who fell in love got engaged in Goa in August 2016 and eventually married the same year in December in Bengaluru.
Yash and Radhika shower huge parenthood goals as they are parents to little kids, Ayra and Ayush. The two kids have a gap of only one year in birth, and Yash is a superlative father to his kids. A great family man, loving husband and a great actor, this is Yash’s life journey for you all!!
