120 Bahadur Box Office Collection Day 3: The action film based on the true events of the Battle of Rezang La, starring Farhan Akhtar in the key role, is performing well at the box office. The film saw a strong opening on the first weekend, with total collection crossing the 10 crore mark in just 3 days of release.
The film opened with a decent 2.25 crore, comparatively lower than Masti 4 collection. Both films were expected to see a rise in collections; however, Masti 4 had a steady run, while 120 Bahadur saw a significant rise, earning 3.85 crore on Saturday (day 2). On Sunday (day 3), the film again witnessed a rise in collections, earning approximately 4 crore.
With collections from all three days, the film crossed the 10 crore mark on its first weekend, standing at 10.1 crore at present. Despite tough competition, Razneesh Razy Ghai’s directed action film proved its charm at the box office, and if it continues to win hearts with a steady performance, it is likely to cross the 20 crore mark in the first week (first 7 days).
The action film is based on the true events of the Battle of Rezang La, and Farhan Akhtar plays Major Shaitan Singh, who was awarded the highest military honour, the Param Vir Chakra, for his bravery in the battle.
