The well-known actor Saqib Saleem, who was last seen in the Kaptaan web series, is currently facing the lowest moments of his life. The actor is mourning the passing of his elder brother ‘Bittu Bhaiya’. On May 11, Saqib shared a post mourning his big brother’s death with a big heartfelt note with the caption, “Mera Chanda.”
In his long note, Saqib wrote about the grief one goes through when someone close passes away. He started with, “Losing someone close to you is the hardest pill to swallow in life. Grief is not what they show you in movies. You are not crying 24/7; you get these bouts of extreme sadness, sprinkled by those fond memories that bring a smile to your face.”

Sharing the grief of losing his favorite big brother, he said, “Bittu Bhaiya, Kahan Ho Yaar? was my go-to line every single time I landed in Kashmir. And every single time you were there. At the airport. Without me even having to ask. That was you, bhaiya, always showing up.”
“Day before, for the first time in 25 years, I walked out of Srinagar airport and you weren’t there. I stood there half expecting to see you. Not seeing you just broke me, yaar, “Saqib expressed his feelings.
He also added, “Every single memory I have of this place has you in it. You left without warning. You didn’t give any of us a chance to say a proper goodbye. That is the cruelest part. Not just losing you, but not getting to tell you what you meant to me.”
Highlighting how much he misses him, the actor said, “Even now I keep feeling like you’ll just show up from somewhere and say ‘Putar g, chalo.” Casual. Warm. Like nothing happened. I don’t know how I will ever come back to Kashmir now. You were the first person I met here and the last person I said goodbye to. You were my warmth.”
And concluded promising to take care of his children and family like he did: “Landing here always felt like coming home because of you. You were so young, yaar. You’ve left behind Numa and Ibrahim, who needed so many more years of their father. We all needed more years of you. But bhaiya, I promise to take care of everyone the way you took care of me. Numa, Ibrahim, the whole family. Every single one of them.
They will never feel alone. I will make sure of it. Rest easy, Bittu bhaiya. Your putar g misses you sooooo00000 much. I promise to see you and hug you on the other side you again.”
