The one who is winning hearts currently is director Aditya Dhar after the success of his film Dhurandhar. And now, just a couple of months later, Dhurandhar 2 is set to release. Ahead of the release, the director urged fans not to share spoilers of the film, highlighting that the film is made to experience the raw emotion, with twists in the theatre, in darkness, surrounded by family and friends.
On March 18, Aditya shared a picture on his social media account with a brief note where he expressed his gratitude for the success of Dhurandhar. And he also mentions Dhurandhar: The Revenge is made for the audience to feel the raw emotions, action, and drama in the theatre.
He wrote, “To my dearest, most extraordinary Dhurandhar family.
5 December 2025, Dhurandhar released in cinemas worldwide.
And since then, You didn’t just watch our film.
You loved it. You lived it. You appreciated every quiet detail, debated every moment, rewatched it and noticed things I never even thought anyone would.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge starring Ranveer Singh is set to release across the globe on March 19, 2026, while paid previews are also available starting March 18 evening. Also, this release turns special as it will be released on the festive occasion of Gudi Padwa, Ugadi, and Eid. Unlike part 1, the sequel film will be released in five languages this time: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film also has Sara Arjun, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi, R Madhavan, and others.
