If there’s any superstar who is known for his brisk pace, it is Akshay Kumar. The superstar came into the industry pretty much at the time when the three Khans burst into the scene and since then they have all grown together.
However, owing to the ‘busy’ schedule in today’s time, none of the Khans can do more than one movie in a single year. Akshay Kumar comes and does 3-4 films in a year which somehow surprises everyone. Quite often, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have expressed their shock that how Akki Kumar manages to finish 3-4 films in a year and release them where they are stuck with one.
When Akshay was told this point at the recently held promotions of ‘Mission Mangal’, the actor laughed off and said that it isn’t difficult with all the Sundays being off and Saturdays being half day. I completed shoot of Mission Mangal in just 28 days.
Well, be it the youth brigade or the yesteryear stars, there’s absolutely no one who manages to work at the brisk pace at which Akshay functions as completing a film in 28 days is like a dream for many which can’t be reality even in their dreams. Kudos to Khiladi Kumar for keeping up the ‘jalwa’ even at this age.
