When asked why she abruptly cut herself off from social media despite a surging fandom, Alfia revealed she had many more followers than she does now, emphasizing that she made that choice because of the circumstances at that time. She also added she was very young and had just gotten out of the marriage.
Speaking about her post-separation phase, Alfia shared that she didn’t want attention or to become a topic of discussion. “There was a lot of noise around me, gossip that I just got married and was already separated,” Alfia said. The actress shared that she returned to social media after three years and rebuilt her community from scratch.
Clarifying her exact timeline, the actress stated: “I was 21 when I got engaged, and I was 22 by the time I got divorced.”
Opening up about what she learned, Alfia said she isn’t against love and marriage, as she still wants them. The actress revealed she was the girl who believed in fairy tales, thought marriage was everything, and believed you have to make a home. However, she reflects that making decisions at the right time is important.
