Starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in the lead roles, the spy film Alpha continues to see a declining trend at the box office. Despite its big budget and grand scale, the action film couldn’t attract viewers, resulting in a poor response. From lack of buzz ahead of the release to mixed to negative reviews from critics and viewers, YRF’s first female-led film has turned out to be a disappointment.
According to the Sacnilk data, on day 12, the struggle continues, with the film seeing a very slight rise, earning 0.85 crore, i.e., 85 lakhs net, compared to day 11’s 0.75 crore, i.e., 75 lakhs net. And grossed 0.50 crore, i.e., 50 lakhs in overseas markets on day 12. At the current pace, the film might touch the 60 crore mark by the end of the second week.
