Talented actor Amit Lekhwani, known for his work on TV (Karn Sangini, Laado 2, Ek Ghar Banaunga) and movies (Munna Micheal, Firautibaaz, My Father Iqbal), has bagged a new project.
If sources are to be believed, it is a Rajinikanth starrer, the upcoming movie Darbar.
The much-awaited motion poster was released yesterday by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu versions were unveiled by superstar Kamal Hassan.
Darbar will see Rajinikanth donning the cop avatar after around 25 years. Directed By A R Murugadoss, Darbar will hit the theaters on Pongal 2020 (15th January). The movie also marks Suniel Shetty’s debut in the Tamil film industry. He will be playing the antagonist, alongside Prateik Babbar.
