Amitabh Bachchan, aka Big B, has been one name in the film industry that’s inspired people for generations. Big B started his career in the 70s and the man is still acing every genre that he performs in.
Even at the age of 75+, he is as active in the film industry as any young actor and naturally, people are amazed. Well, all this adds up to him being the ‘Father’ of Hindi Cinema.
And now the latest development is that Big B has been honored with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award for his contribution to Indian cinema, the announcement of which has just come in from the I & B Ministry of India. Since the announcement, several film personalities have congratulated the man. Anil Kapoor, Madhur Bhandarkar, Riteish Deshmukh are a few of the first names to congratulate the greatness of the man.
