Amriki Pandits starring R Madhavan is a new film being made by a group of young men, who were inspired by Madhavan’s character in 3 Idiots to turn into filmmakers.

7 IT professionals quit their high-paying jobs to pursue filmmaking and approached Madhavan to play the central character in their debut film. The story provides profound yet entertaining insights of a Harvard professor (Amriki Pandit) who launches a state-of-the-art company along with his mother and 3 small town punters in Bhopal. It brings in a unique blend of Harvard finesse and the incorrigible Bhopali style that perpetuates insane amounts of drama, romance, fun and comedy. Pandit establishes a successful business enterprise with American and small-town Indian innovation & creativity that eventually makes an international mark.

Now, we hear actors Anil Charanjeett (PK), Gayatri Bhardwaj (Femina Miss India United Continents 2018), Raj Bhansali (Dear Zindagi), Sanjay Dadhich (Taare Zameen Par), Prrithvi Hatte (Chupke Chupke), Gandharv Dewan (The Zoya Factor) have joined the cast.
