Reportedly, Archana got engaged to Shawn on August 16, 2026, and the actress dropped photos from the ceremony on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Sharing the photos, the actress announced their official togetherness. She captioned it, “We’ve seen each other at our absolute best, our absolute worst, and all the monsters in between, and somehow, neither of us ran for the hills. Well… not permanently.”
For the ceremony, Archana wore a vibrant plain purple chiffon saree paired with a border-embellished velvet sleeveless blouse. Her minimal makeup and accessories made her look mesmerizing, while Shawn looked charming in an all-black look, opting for a casual shirt and bottom.
As the actress mentioned, the first ceremony, Orapeeru, which means a traditional pre-wedding custom in Kerala, is primarily observed within the Malayali and Syrian Christian communities. It marks the official “fixing” of the wedding date and serves as a public announcement or formal engagement declaration.
