As the release date nears, advance bookings for Udta Teer are now open, giving audiences a chance to book tickets for the family entertainer ahead of the release. Featuring the beloved Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan as leads for the second time, the film hits theatres this Friday, October 23, 2026, promising a full dose of entertainment this weekend.
The interesting spy comedy is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Guneet Monga Kapoor, and Achin Jain under the collaborative banners of Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment. Written and directed by Aakash Kaushik in his directorial feature debut, the narrative centers on an identity mix-up: a Pakistani spy loses his memory in India and mistakenly believes he is an Indian counter‑terrorism officer, leading to a chaotic, comedic espionage adventure.
The promotional teasers and trailers have already generated massive tracking interest online, with fans eager to see the fresh chemistry between Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan. Positioned as a family-friendly comedy layered with action and mistaken-identity tropes, Udta Teer aims to revive the theatrical comedic landscape.
