The Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe expands with ‘Mahakali’, starring Bhoomi Shetty in the lead. Directed by Puja Kolluru, the film is over 50% complete and is currently shooting on an epic Hyderabad set.
Filmmaker Prasanth Varma has announced the next installment in the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU) titled Mahakali. The film will feature Bhoomi Shetty in the lead role.
According to the makers, Mahakali has already completed more than 50% of its shoot and is currently being filmed on a specially constructed set in Hyderabad.
The project has been written, conceptualized, and created by Prasanth Varma. It is directed by Puja Kolluru and produced by RKD Studios, R.K. Duggal, and Riwaz Duggal.
Mahakali marks the next chapter following Hanu-Man in the PVCU, expanding the filmmaker’s universe of mythological and superhero-based storytelling.
