If the Covid19 had not hit our planet Anupam Kher would be in Kashmir shooting for director Vivek Agnihotri. Having waited for the situation to normalize, Anupam and his director have now decided to not waste any more time. They are shooting another film entitled The Last Show in Bhopal, as shooting in Kashmir is impossible right now.

Says Vivek Agnihotri, “We were shooting The Kashmir Files in Kashmir in March but had to stop in-between due to the lockdown. Now we’ll shoot in Kashmir in December. In the meanwhile, since Anupam Kher had flown from USA to shoot The Kashmir Files and got stuck in India due to the lockdown, we decided to utilise this time in making another film. We had this beautiful script ready and we happily decided to move to another film until December. The Last Show is our tribute to art, creativity, theatre and cinema.”

Anupam is excited to work with Vivek Agnihotri again. “We did Buddha In A Traffic Jam. I enjoyed that experience. What makes The Last Show especially exciting is that my oldest and dearest friend Satish Kaushik is my co-star this time. We are working together after quite a while and looking forward to it.”
