The investigation of the alleged drug nexus in Bollywood has certainly taken a sharp new turn with actors like Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, Shraddha Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone being summoned earlier last week.
While Rakul Preet Singh was summoned on the first day, Deepika, Shraddha, and Sara were called for questioning the next day.
And now more development coming in. As per reports in Times Of India, the NCB will check the financial records of Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, and Rakul Preet Singh to delve deeper into the investigation.
