After two highly successful episodes featuring Deepika-Ranveer and Sunny-Bobby, Koffee With Karan takes a break from related pairs.
Episode three features best friend Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Pandey who will talk about their personal and inter-personal relations with honesty.
The third episode, according to sources, is “a bit naughtier, a bit more playful” than the first two episodes.
Karan needs to cater to a broad spectrum of viewership on the show. The Sara-Ananya episode is for the younger viewers.
Karan Johar and fans of his addictive chatshow Koffee With Karan can brace themselves for some exciting combinations on the show,While the final list of all the guests is yet to be drawn, the ones who have been finalized are Kiara Advani-Siddharth Malhotra and Rohit Shetty-Ajay Devgan.
This would be Kiara and Siddharth’s first joint interview after their marriage. As for Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgan they have agreed to come on the show purely for the sake of promoting their film Singham 3.
Says a source close to the development, “It is no longer that simple for Karan to get whoever he waits. For one, he has already run through the whole wishlist of guests over the seven seasons so far. He has two choices: he can either invite more celebrities from outside the film industry(this doesn’t work unless it is someone like Dhoni or Rahul Gandhi) or just go for the tried-and-tested Bollywood names in different permutations and combinations.For example, last year he got Kareena to come with Aamir Khan. This season he may invite Kareena with her mother Babita or father Randhir Kapoor.”
Efforts are on to get Shah Rukh Khan and his son to Aryan to come for the concluding episode of Season 8 of Koffee With Karan.
